Rescue Assessment
One week, fixed fee ($2,950). We establish what exists, what is recoverable, and what it will take. You get a written plan you can execute with or without us.
Recovery Sprint
Two to six weeks depending on what the assessment finds. Code, accounts, compliance, relaunch — at a fixed price agreed before we start.
Ongoing Guardianship
An optional monthly retainer keeps your app current with store requirements and your systems maintained — or we hand off cleanly to your team.
